• 1937 - enrolls in Military College
• September 1, 1939 - Graduates from Military College (Rank: Lieutenant)
• 1939 - transfers to the Aviation Regiment.
• December 4, 1939 - Begins flight school, but his program is disrupted by the Soviet occupation.
• 1940 (Soviet Occupation) - 1st Lt. Lukass Delveris is murdered in the Valmiera prison by the Soviets.
