Dec. 13, 1919 - a member of the 5-man commission evaluating the aircraft abandoned by the Germans at Spilve.
1920 - Serves on a three-man commission evaluating and accepting the aircraft gifted from the British.
January 20, 1920 - the military flight school begins operation and Minuks teaches practical engine maintenance skills.
April 25, 1920 - a member of the technical commission investigating the accident which claimed the life of P.Abrams.
June 30, 1920 - a member of the technical commission investigating the accident which claimed the lives of Sparins and Sabulis.
1923 - responsible for the technical section of the naval aviation unit. He frequently flies (as a mechanic) in the Savoia flying boats.
September 1, 1924 - renewed his flying status
September 11, 1926 - injured, along with Voldemars and Nikolajs Jakubovs, in the crash of Savoia S.16 #3.
October 19, 1926 - testified at the court martial of N.Jevlampjevs.
January 1, 1927 - to date, he has logged 84.25 hours of flight time.
1928 - working with K.Irbitis, he develops working drawings for the HB W-33 aircraft, working from the wreckage of the two
crashed examples. These drawings were used by the C.Backman company to build replacement aircraft.
January 4, 1933 - serves on a three-man commission to evaluate the condition of Caudron C.60 #6 and determine its suitability
for continued service.
December 2, 1933 - serves on a three-man commission to evaluate the condition of He-4 #s 11 and 18 and determine their
suitablility for continued service.
1934 - logged 10 hrs, 35 minutes of flight time.
May 22, 1936 - Lt.Capt. Minuks retires from military service and is subsequently employed by LKOD.
