• The graduating ceremony was held at the Liepaja Aizsargu Hall, just before the Aviation Festival at the aerodrome.
• The graduates included: T.Baumerts, E.Bekmanis, J.Brempelis, A.Laimins, J.Petersons, A.Vilks and A.Visvars.
• Among those speaking at the ceremony were cabinet minister B.Einbergs, General O. Dankers and Chairman of the Latvian Aero Club L.Pillups.
