Details:
- Organized by the Madona chapter of the Latvian Aero Club, this was the first Aviation Festival in Madona.
- After a few opening speeches, the new glider was christened with the name "Cirulitis"
- The program included a flyover by a group of aircraft (presumably Aizsargi) and the usual
demonstration of aerobatics and tactics.
- Approximately 2,500 spectators attended the event.
