  • Original serial number: 4271
  • October, 1919 - As yet not ready for service, the aircraft and its parts were loaded onto the ship Saratov along with all other Squadron belongings to escape from the Germans as they approached Riga/Spilve.
  • January 7, 1921 - test flown and approved for active service.
  • August 18, 1921 - engine stopped immediately after takeoff. From a height of about 30 metres the pilot (Lazdins) was able to land the aircraft without further incident.
  • November 21, 1921 Aircraft crashes heavily, pilot (Lazdins) injured.
